Proposed First And Final Dividend For The Financial Year Ended 31 March 2008

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Scanwolf Corporation Berhad has proposed a First and Final Dividend of 3 sen per share exempt from Income Tax for the financial year ended March 31, 2008.

The entitlement date and the date of payment will be announced in due course.

The proposed First and Final Dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting will be announced by the Company in due course.
